Grant Bauley, performing tonight as High Chief, used to play in Downbeat Project–Charlottesville’s band version of “Hakuna Matata”–and now lives in Brooklyn. High Chief is a synth-laden jam, with Bauley playing drums and triggering samples. Could be real rad to watch. Rob Dobson (Fire Tapes, (formerly) New Boss, and Big Air) does a solo show. […]
