At the Bridge / Garage…

There’s a good one tonight at the Bridge…if you know anything about Brad Perry, you know he runs a tight ship when he puts on shows, as in there are two PAs / drumsets, and there is actually no down time between sets. So when he bills this show as “5 bands in 2.5 hours,” he’s not kidding!

Nurse Beach “Call Me Fish” from Gary Canino on Vimeo.

The lineup (likely from first to last if I had to guess:

1. The War Tempest (no website)

2. The Catalyst (Richmond hardcore)

3. Graves (first show, featuring Charlottesville’s Kevin Haney, Sam German, and Nathaniel Bogan.)

4. Nurse Beach (post nu-meat scuzz, watch the meat men attack.)

5. Worn In Red (C-ville hardcore heroes.)

This all starts at 9pm sharp, and costs $5.

Also, if you want a mellower evening, check out Lac La Belle at the Garage. Local man Guion Pratt and his project Nettles opens at 8 sharp. That show is also donation based, as always at the Garage.
